General Information

Menus:

Enclosed are suggested menu selections. Please note that all prices are subject to 6% sales tax & 20% service charge. The service charge is taxable. To ensure food quality, buffet pricing is 90 minutes or less.  Extended hours of service may incur additional charges. If you have any questions or other banquet needs, please call the Banquet Coordinator at 897-2583.

 

Number Guarantee:

The final count for guests attending must be given no later than 72 hours prior to the date of the function. The restaurant prepares for approximately 5% over the guaranteed amount. In the event that fewer people attend, you will be charged for your guaranteed amount.

 

Decorations:

No rice, grains or confetti may be thrown on the premises or grounds of the property without prior consent.

 

Food & Beverage:

No food or beverage, alcoholic or other wise, shall be brought into the restaurant by the attendees or outside sources.

 

Room charges & Payment:

A room rental fee is required at the time of your confirmed reservation. A fifty percent deposit is due two weeks prior to the event. Full payment is due the day of the function.

 

Room rental for all wedding receptions is $500. Dinner & all other functions are $250. This rental includes linens, service ware, room set up & break down.  Room charges are based on a four hour function. Additional hours will be billed at $200 per hour.

 

Refund Policy:

Once we have confirmed that we are reserving a space for your function, we have made a commitment to hold it exclusively for you. Should you decide to cancel, our policy is as follows:

60 days out: Full refund of rental fee

30 days out: No refund of rental fee

Contract Catering Bar Outline & Room Rental Fees

 The following bar options are for events at Blue Water Bay. Selections are paid seven days prior to the function. For consumption based billing, a credit card is required to be on file.

 

BAR OPTION 1: Hourly bar for large groups

Bluewater Bay will provide an open bar for 2 hours at $25.00 per person.

This breaks down as follows:

        1st hour              $15.00

        2nd hour             $10.00

 

This plan includes any draft beer or bottled beer, select or premium liquor, select or house wine or champagne from our full service bar

 

BAR OPTION TWO: Consumption Bar
