Golf Membership Rates
Single – $220.00/month – $2640.00/year
Single Membership dues cover unlimited green fee any time of the day. Cart Fee not included.
Family – $355.00/ month – $4,400.00/year
Family membership dues cover unlimited green fees for two adults and any juniors under the age of 18 living at home. Cart Fee not included.
Single Young Adult – (Under age 50) – $185.00/month – $2,200/year
Single Young adult membership dues include unlimited green fees any time of day. Cart Fee not included. When Member turns 50 years old, the membership must be changed to another membership.
Active Duty Military Single – $105/month – $1,260/year
Active Duty membership dues are good for unlimited green fees any time of day. Cart Fee not included. If an active duty member changes his status, the membership must be changed to another membership.
Active Duty Family – $165.00/month – $1980.00/year
Active Duty Family membership dues include unlimited green fees for two adults and any juniors (18 or under) living in the same household. Cart Fee not included. If an active duty member changes his status, the membership must be changed to another membership. Only one spouse must be active.
Weekend and Afternoon – $135.00/month -$1600/year
Weekend and Afternoon Membership dues allow a player to play 18 holes after 1:00 PM on weekdays and anytime on weekends for $20.00. The $20.00 includes the cart fee. No reduced rate for 9 holes.
New Resident Membership – $135.00/month – $1600.00/year
The New Resident Membership allows an individual who has not been a member of Bluewater Bay in the past three (3) years, to join as an individual member. Cart Fee not included. After two (2) years the membership must be changed to another membership.
SouthWind / Sunset Beach Community Gold Card – Golf cart is included. Each member is entitled to one free green fee per month and 20% discount on food in the Sports Bar and Grill and merchandise in the Golf Shop.
12 Round play Card – $372
The 12 Round Play Card is good for 12 rounds of golf anytime during a calendar year and 20% discount on food in the Sports Bar and Grill and 20% discount in the Golf Shop until the rounds are used. The golf cart is included. Only one card can be purchased per Calendar year.
Gold Card – $199/year
The Gold Card gives a person 20% discount on food in the Sports Bar and Grill as well as 20% discount on merchandise in the Golf Shop.
Range Members (unlimited Range Balls) Annual Members – $325.00 Non Members $425.00
Please remember the range closes 45 minutes before dark so the range can be cleaned. We ask that you use the balls you rent the day of rental and not remove from course. There are days that the range is delayed in opening so it can be cut.
Please check in the shop to verify the range is open before using.
Trail Fees
$90.00 month
Private cart Only. Restrictions apply. Available for our Full Members.
- Walking is permitted at 10:00am
- Memberships are done on a annual basis.
- Members may make starting times three weeks in advance.
- Members will receive a 20% discount on merchandise in the Golf Shop and food in the Sports Bar and Grill.
